Hi, I’m Rob. If you know me from The Tech Surgery in South Shields, you probably know the repair side of my life: phones, tablets, laptops, gaming PCs and consoles. If you found me through a stream, you might know me better with a game on the screen.

This site brings those worlds together, along with the things that happen away from the workbench and the gaming setup.

Four interests, one home

Gaming is where you’ll find my streams and videos. Farming Simulator is already part of the channel, alongside my interest in simulation games and World of Warcraft. There’s room here for people who want to join in and people who prefer to put a stream on and quietly watch.

Tech is a place for practical explanations, useful habits and the kit that supports everyday life. Working with technology doesn’t mean every conversation needs to be full of jargon.

Travel and food belong here too. I love travelling, particularly in Thailand and Southeast Asia, and food is part of that interest. As this section grows, it will have space for actual journeys, photos and discoveries.

Yes, the sci-fi look is deliberate

I’m a tech and sci-fi geek, so the holodeck grids, warp-core colours and orbital logo are part of making this place feel like me. The aim is a site with personality that is still easy to read and explore.

Outside work and streaming, I also help with supermarket surplus-food collections in the community. That community side matters here: you don’t need the most expensive setup or encyclopaedic gaming knowledge to feel welcome.
